Google Ads API integration

What the application does

It is a single reporting panel inside the private administration area of this website. It reads four aggregate figures from our own Google Ads account — cost, clicks, impressions and conversions for a chosen date range — and displays them next to our own order and revenue totals for the same period.

The purpose is simply to see what advertising costs and what it returns in one place, without exporting numbers from two systems and reconciling them by hand.

What it does not do

• It makes no changes of any kind through the API. Campaigns, budgets, ads and keywords are all managed by hand in the Google Ads interface.
• It touches exactly one advertising account — our own. There is no facility for entering or switching to another account.
• It is not a product. It is not sold, licensed, resold or made available to anyone outside this company.
• It reads no personal data of any kind through the Google Ads API. The figures returned are account-level totals.

Who uses it

Staff only — the owner of the business and one employee, both of whom already have direct sign-in access to the same Google Ads account. The page sits behind administrator authentication and is not reachable by customers or the public.

How credentials and data are handled

API credentials are held as server-side configuration and are never sent to the browser or to any third party. The response is rendered directly on the page; it is not stored in our database, exported, or shared. Our general handling of customer information is described in our Privacy Policy, alongside our Terms of Service.

Who we are

Llama Laser, LLC is a custom laser-engraving manufacturer in 3615 S County Rd 1317, Odessa, TX 79765. We engrave logos and personalization onto drinkware, golf accessories and promotional items and sell them directly to businesses, schools and event organizers through this website. Advertising our own products is the only reason we use the Google Ads API.
