Minimums are per-product based on case quantities — for example, our 20oz tumblers ship in 25-unit cases (so 25 is the minimum), and tier pricing scales from there. Each product page shows the available case quantities and per-unit price for that tier, and you can order any of them directly from the site.

Large runs are what we're built for. Orders of 1,000+ pieces get our sharpest per-unit pricing, and we'll quote the whole program at once — multiple products, staged delivery dates, and your artwork held on file so reorders are a single line item. Send the details through the quote form and we'll come back with pricing and a production schedule. Anything below that tier is already priced on the product pages and ready to order directly.

Yes — combine tumblers, divot tools, and bottle openers in the same order. Each product type meets its own minimum and tier price. We engrave them all together.

Yes — one engraving location is included in every unit price. Additional engraving locations or custom artwork prep is available for an added fee.

Vector files work best (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). High-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG at 300dpi+) also work for most engraving. If your file is low-res or was never drawn for engraving, our artwork engine checks it the moment you upload, tells you what it found, and can often rebuild it engraving-ready on the spot — you see the result in the live preview and decide whether to use it.

Yes — instantly, while you design. The product page shows your logo engraved live on the actual product as you drag, position, and resize it. What you see in that preview is exactly what gets laser-engraved. No back-and-forth, no waiting for a proof email, no surprises.

Laser engraving is single-color — the mark is the material itself, not ink. On bare stainless the laser marks a deep black; on powder-coated tumblers it removes the coating to expose the steel underneath. Multi-color logos are converted automatically: our artwork engine works out how each color should read as one engraved mark, and the live preview shows you exactly how it will look on the product you picked, in the color you picked, before you order.

Standard production is 7-10 business days from order for in-stock colors and quantities. Since your live preview is your proof, we go straight to production — no approval cycle to wait on. Custom Pantone colors and quantities beyond what we stock are quoted with their own timeline. Shipping is quoted in your cart: best-rate UPS ground (typically 3-5 business days in transit), palletized LTL freight on large runs, or ship collect on your own carrier account.

We ship anywhere in the United States. We don't ship internationally at this time — if you have a US address we can deliver to (including a freight forwarder), we're happy to quote it.

Custom-engraved orders are non-returnable — but we stand behind our quality. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll replace it at no charge.

Tell us the moment you spot something — that is the part that matters. If production hasn't started yet, we'll work with you to put it right before anything is engraved. Once units are made, the proof you approved is the standard: if we engraved something other than that proof, we'll re-make the affected units immediately at no charge.
