Accessibility Statement

We want every team to be able to order custom engraved gear from us — including buyers who rely on keyboards, screen readers, or other assistive technology.

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Our conformance target

Llama Laser aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the customer-facing storefront — browsing, product customization, quoting, checkout, and account management.

Measures we take

  • A visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Programmatic labels on form fields, status and error announcements for assistive technology, and focus management in dialogs and the cart drawer.
  • Keyboard alternatives for the logo customizer: with the placed logo focused, the arrow keys move it (hold Shift for larger steps), the plus and minus keys resize it, and the bracket keys rotate it.
  • Color is never the only signal for state, and text and control boundaries are checked against WCAG contrast minimums on our dark theme.
  • Reduced-motion preferences are respected; animations and smooth scrolling are disabled when your system requests it.
  • Accessibility linting in our build tooling and periodic manual keyboard and screen-reader passes over the purchase and quote flows.

Known limitations

  • The drag-to-position logo customizer is a pointer-first interaction. Full keyboard controls are provided (described above), but fine-grained placement is faster with a mouse or touch. If the customizer gets in your way, you can also request a quote and attach your artwork — our team will position it for you and send a digital proof before anything is engraved.
  • Payment is completed on Stripe-hosted checkout pages, whose accessibility is maintained by Stripe.
  • Internal administrative tooling (staff-only pages) is outside the scope of this statement.

Feedback and contact

If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site — something you can't read, reach, or operate — please tell us. Email orders@llama-laser.com or use our contact form and include the page address and a short description of the problem. A real human will reply within one business day, and we'll work with you to complete your order by an alternative route while we fix the underlying issue.

Enforcement and review

This statement is reviewed and re-dated after each accessibility audit pass. Accessibility issues are triaged alongside functional bugs, with barriers on the purchase and quote paths treated as release blockers.
