Tumblers ship in full cases: 25 per case for the 20 oz and 30 oz, and 20 per case for the 40 oz. Per-unit pricing drops as quantities go up. A good rule of thumb: count your list, add about 10% for new hires, late additions, and the person you forgot, then round up to the next case. Get your artwork ready

Laser engraving is a single-color process, which makes it forgiving: any logo with a clean one-color version engraves well. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal, and high-resolution PNGs work too.

When to order for the holidays

In-stock tumblers ship within 7-10 business days of your order, plus transit time. Christmas falls on a Friday this year, and Thanksgiving week takes a few business days off the calendar, so plan backward from the day you want gifts in hand:

• By Friday, November 20: the comfortable choice, with room to spare for a holiday-party handoff.
• By Monday, November 30: the latest we'd recommend for gifts in hand before the holiday break.
• Large or multi-logo orders: request a quote early so we can confirm stock and timing with you.
